The bursary is available only to students residing in the Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet who are enrolled full time at a recognized institution in their chosen field of advance study. The deadline to apply is May 31 of each year for the following school year. Municipal Tenders and Procurements2024 Surplus Fleet Equipment Sale The Surplus Fleet Equipment Sale is now closed. The Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet is offering for sale a variety of surplus fleet equipment and miscellaneous items on “an as is, where is, all sales are final” basis.
Items will have minimum bid reservations set by management; if the highest bid is lower than the minimum reserve, management will decide to accept the bid or retain the equipment. Items not sold during the surplus sale will also be subject to full asset disposal pending condition.
The RM reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
The following equipment is available:
None of the vehicles have been safetied and none of the items are warrantied. In-person viewing will take place Monday, March 11 through Friday, March 15, Monday, March 18 through Friday, March 22, and Monday, March 25, 2024. Please report to the Public Works Office before entering the compound. Bids will be accepted during this window of time. A bid sheet is linked below. They will also at the front desk of the RM Administration Office and Public Works Office. The auction will close at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024. Bids will only be accepted in person at either office. All offers are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Surplus Equipment” no later than the 2 p.m. deadline on Monday, March 25, 2024. All bid results and minimum bid reservations are closed to the public. All bids will be subject to an additional 7 per cent PST and 5 per cent GST. The successful bidders will be contacted before the end of the working day on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Equipment must be picked up no later than Friday, March 29, 2024. All submissions were to be delivered in a sealed envelope on the RM Equipment Rate Form to the Municipal Office's dropbox by Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 through our drop box.
