Variation & Conditional Use Public Hearings take place on the final Wednesday of each month at 3 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the RM of Lac du Bonnet Administrative Office, unless otherwise noted.

Development Plan By-Law Public Hearing - Feb. 24, 2026 at 5 p.m.

The Lac du Bonnet Planning District Board is holding a Public Hearing at the Lac du Bonnet Legion on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 at 5 p.m. to receive comments and feedback from the public on the Planning District’s new Development Plan By-Law, Lac du Bonnet Growing Together.

The Development Plan sets out goals, objectives, and policies to guide land use and development within the RM and Town of Lac du Bonnet. This By-Law is intended to manage future growth and change in the community. It provides direction for land use and development, housing and recreation, transportation and infrastructure, as well as the preservation of waterfront, rural, and agricultural areas.

Copies of the Development Plan can be accessed online at mraplanning.ca/ldb or obtained at the RM of Lac du Bonnet Administrative Office at 4187 Provincial Road #317, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
